Yep, they'll all be tight games. On current form we should win but think they'll want to start putting some results together pretty soon. Pitch may have a bit of frost so it'll be an interesting game.

I agree keep the same team as one bad game doesnt make us poor and no need to panic by changing team, just a one off poor game, out of interest wheres Matt Smith? Think we miss him at left back.

Shocking game... A fair result though. Maggots dominated the first with plenty of pressure on Town goal. Town had several half chances to equalize Maggots 14th minute header - it wasn't an own goal by the way... Lee Smith had the best chance after rounding the keeper but being forced too far wide to get a shot on goal.
Second half as usual Town came back into it but it wasn't until the last 20mins that the did manage to apply constant pressure to the away goal. It had been end to end and very scrappy until then.
It was only a matter of time until Town did score although very late. Dale latched on to some poor Maggots defensive play and hit a magnificent 25+yard drive which crashed passed a helpless Sawyer in the away goal. The best bit of the match by far.
Town need to get more men forward and looked much better when Sam arrived on the scene. Town MotM was Thomas at right back - a great addition with his speed and physicality. Although not in the game as mush as usual, some great crosses from Barnes on the right. If we want to win we need to play two out and out strikers at home at least.
Predictable game but one of the most annoying things was the amount of pointless appealing made by away management, appealing for a foul almost every time Town made a tackle. The amount of pressure they assert on the Ref is unfair - they must either have a different rule book or need a visit to spec savers...

Definitely a poor performance by the Town and on last night's showing the league positions of both teams just about summed it up! However, we know the lads can perform, and we have a run of home games to put things back on track. Dale Evans' goal last night - absolutely tremendous! Not forgetting the 25 yard free kick which Kevin Sawyer in the Mangos goal spilt but we had no one following up. Well done Dale.

Would like to know reason why on any goalkick the whole of the team and opposing side all congtregate in a mass approx 50 x 40 yds.Really dont understand it.Why not spread out .It makes it difficult to set up attacking moves ie when Thomas tried to lay off ball to Barnesy or more precisely where Barnesy ought to have been on the other wing and the ball went to knowone and out of play.At least keep 2 players out in the wide open spaces left by this bunching ,giving us chances to counter attack. All very perplexing-doesn`t need to be like this. Also, might lenghthen Mr Whittingtons life expectancy by a couple of years ,as he is likely to have a heart attack if we dont stop this strange manoevre. Also, why were Maggots allowed to have 8 people stood in their technical area, all bellowing at the ref. Thought there was a rule on numbers in Tech Area. Anybody know.Must have been a record for Guiness Book ,the numbers they had in there last night. Whole game was frustrating.Other than Dales fantastic shot, thought the highlight of the game was the cheering by the Maggots Two behind the Town goal.Well done lads .

I believe there is a rule on tech area, no more than 2 stood up at any one time I might be wrong perhaps Stu (trust me) Tait can clarify. Last nights game not the best but I would like to see us play 4 3 3 in the next 3 home games with Lewis through middle and Lee Smith and Sam O'Sullivan either side of him, too many times last night Lewis won the headers but nobody picked the the knock on up. Also Birdy into middle of midfield 3.

Spot on Daver only two allowed to stand at any one time As for the game not a lot to say other than Dales goal was cracking and that's now that's 4 games in a row without a defeat just need to capitalise now on the run and get a few more wins under our belt

The team the last few games has been spot on I just think bird needs to play for his quality and no know how, otherwise it's been good team looks dangerous and we seem like scoring with the 2 up top which is a bonus, team has good resolve and players seem to be enjoying there football, get a win Saturday were start to shoot up the league.
