I have things to be grateful for, many many things. But I missed last season, all 7 league games. And that was the first missed season for 65 years.I dont think I would have been too happy with Two wins, one draw and four defeats ,including a 5-0 against Paulton Rovers , 6-3 against Basingstoke Town all at home. And a 4-0 defeat at Ciren. That didn`t appear to be Southern League standard.I`ve spoken to a number of Town fans to find out what was happening. Some said there were a couple of excellent new signings but some felt it was more like a Helenic League team.I hope that there will be a massive amount of improvement for the upcoming-CENTENIARY season. 2021-2022 will be an important occaision for our club. I understand that great improvements have been made to the club house and ground and I trust the club will also provide us with the playing squad we all hope for in 2021-2022. BOXXON the Town . Can`t wait to return to the Causeway. PS I also understand the first team kit was pretty awful, might be a good idea to change it. Perhaps a Centeniary KIT would be an idea.I`ll buy one.

Interesting post Boxxon. We all know of your recent health problems, but good to know you are on the mend, and hopefully back at the Causeway for next season. Viewing the results from afar, you have every right to query progress. To be fair to Sooty, he didnโt have much time to get a squad together, and the results donโt really lie. For the upcoming season there can be no excuses for similar results, so we can only hope that we will have a squad to be competitive and not one where we will be looking over our shoulder at relegation, especially as you pointed out for our Centenary season.

i have got faith in the team we had there ,getting them playing together in just a few weeks was hard going but i reckon if we keep the squad we had plus 1 or 2 we will hold are own and do well

Helloooo sweet Cinderford Town, hope everyone is well!! Both myself and Helen are hopefully coming to visit you all for the centenary games in July for the seven sports Cup,I'm also offering to film maybe both the semi final and hopefully the final to add to the great TV channel we created. Look forward to seeing you all and hopefully nothing comes in the way to prevent this. Good luck to the beautiful club for the coming season. ๐
