my starting line up based on the pre season would be
John Archer Lewis Lewis Smith Bater Evans Barnes Smith Rendel Sommers
If all was fit then Tait in the mid with Bater
But what impresses me more is that we will have a bench to die for
Tait Harrison Camm Hancock Malcolm Lee Haines Andrews Lewis J , N Holford
The icing on the Cake would be Dave Bird now that's quality

My starting line up would be.
John
Archer , G Lewis , A Lewis , M Smith/
Lee, Bater , Hancock , Barnes.
L Smith , Rendall
With loads of quality on the bench, my only worry is no sub keeper!!
I dont see where Dale Evans fits in now, in the pre season games ive seen hes gone missing

Midfield is a struggle who to pick, Bater would go straight in but then who along side him? he needs a player who can do the running for him, Hancock could do that but wastes to many ball imo, Taity aint fit , Dale doesnt do much running, O sullivan might do ok, not sure what sort of player he is. on the wings Barnes and Lee, but Lee Smith is good out there , so is Rendall, up front we only got Sommers though Lee Smith and Rendall can play there, to be honest i havent got a clue what the best team is!!!

Dont forget Lewis Sommers has performed well in goals, when called upon. Sommers is a great threat to all defences and creates masses of chances for our other strikers and midfielders. Most opponents mark him with 2 defenders and this also stops them from playing football out of defence. With all our class wingers we should be producing lots of chances. Agree with kfc ,difficult job to pick a side--over to you Stevie Peters.I think Andy Lewis is our best player and still not sure which is his best position. What I do know is that a few games into the season, the team will change through injuries, red cards, unavailability, loss of form etc. Cant wait to see the games whoever is playing--we`ve got a lot of talented players.

Have to say having watched most of the game against BS still have away to go but we seemed to get better as the game went on As for my side agree with bigmac and kfc back four pick thenselves as for the rest unsure , with young tait fit then that would put the cat amonst the pigeons with the midfield lads because he works his socks off
Do think the Lee chap upfront is decent and will give us those goals ,a little concerned on who could play upfront with Sommers he sis decent but not fit enough to play game in game out
Mr peters has done a good job with the best squad seen up the Town for a few years
Just want the season to start

I think thats an interesting point you make about Andy lewis, would agree our best player but worries me at times playing centre half as hes very slight like against big romulus type strikers he just cant cope. Makes me think sometimes greg and dan would be better pairing?? Not knocking andy at all infact im surprised he's still here and not gone up some divisions but he struggled saturday
