So whos going then?
Should be a good test, think he will keep the same team again, but the option of bringing Rendall on now as our other Striker, keep the pressure on Sommers and Lee Smith to perform.

Lewis is injured and will probably miss a few games, bad news.

Thats a blow, but will give Rendall his chance to take the shirt from Lewis.

With sommers out might see lee Smith move up front with Rendall coming in. Think we will win this 2-0.

Were unlucky to see Lee Smiths header strike the bar after 30 seconds, then went 1-0 up in10 mins thro Scot Wilson. Then Taunton took hold of the game and swarmed allover us down the slope. Johnsey made some great save s and Dan Harrison headed off the line to keep us in the game at half time 1-1. We really wer`nt at the races today and second half didn`nt improve much when we gave away another freekick on the edge of the box and Ingram crashed the ball in around or thro the defensive wall.2-1. Johnsey got clattered and pushed into the net but the ref obviously ruled the goal out. Shortly after another cross and Ben John caught it cleanly and then got involved in some afters and was sent off.
Greg Lewis went in goal and found the ball in the back of the net from the penalty. Greg made a great save to keep Taunton out but the inevitable happened and with our defence all over the place Taunton made it 4-1 with a shot into the top corner that no one could have stopped. We put together some really good football for a 10min spell when Sam came on .But that was it.Difficult enough at 2-1 without needlessly losing your keeper again.Pure and simple we need to pull our joint fingures out pronto. We are a lot lot better than this performance today but some players need to show it,or we will not get out of this rut. The Ciren game is now even more important for us to pick up 3 points and the Merthyr game is the FA cup and so important to the club for finances .C`mon lads you can do it-stasting at home on Tuesday.Do we want a really good season or are we going to let it slip away. We really missed Andy Lewis and Lews Sommers up front, where the Taunton defence had an extremely easy afternoon.Where was Karem? Disappointing for the good following we took to Taunton.Keep the faith

Pretty poor stuff today - hoof and hope tactics even when we have a young inexperienced forward. We have a mid field who can pass the ball around but once again our tactics / substititions seem very odd! 50/50 with Johnsy / their forward - Linesman gave it - only person in the whole stadium who saw anything! Officials very poor - apparently the ref smelt of alcohol! He seemed more interested in touching up the players than officiating. Fair play to Taunton who played well - pitch fine but facilities appalling - the toilets were a disgrace especially for the ladies!

Agree tactics seemed wrong =we had Wilson up front and the ball was continually knocked long towards him and the Peacocks defence won every ball and put us under constant pressure,as they launched attack after attack from our poor play. Poorest ref we`ve had by far this season in all games.A HOMER if ever I saw one.
